Dance Pictures !

(This is the last of  4 posts that will give you all the details)  Here are some pictures of Jessica and Austin all dressed up for Homecoming.

The theme of the dance was Masquerade thus the masks.
Doesn't she look beautiful.  They had a fun time and they didn't even officially go to the dance.  Here is the story, Austin couldn't find anyone to double with Jess and him and the dances end up not being the most uplifting place to be.  They ended up going to dinner with 3 other couples , Austin's mom and dad, Jessica's mom and dad and Austin's older sister Katie (21) and her date Lee.  Yes I got to be there!  Austin found a great Sushi restaurant (Jessica's favorite food) and that is where we all went.  I think Austin actually went home hungry but he was a good sport.  After dinner they did go to a dance and they had chaperones, Alison and Brooke (Austin's 14 year old sister).

They went to our Stake's halloween dance.  Jessica was told numerous times by numerous young men how much they liked her dress and how nice she looked.  Everyone had a good time and Jessica enjoyed herself minus any romantic pressure!

It takes a Village (Ward)

Well homecoming is upon us and the preparation is staggering.  I can't imagine how much work it will be when I am the mother of the bride not just the date.  Well thanks to a wonderful ward full of helpful friends Jessica should be ready on time and dazzling for her date.  First the dress was hemmed with the help of a wonderful seamstress Kathy Oler and the corsage and boutinneres were made by myself and Melanie LeFevre (Austin's mom).  Finally her hair was done by her Laurel teacher Emily Moulton and she got help with her make up from Alison and her friends.

YES !

Jessica answered Austin by filling his car with balloons 2 days later at early morning seminary.  She put a single letter in each balloon that spelled out her answer.  She made it harder than just a Yes or No.  Her reply was "OF COURSE".

Would You Like To Be My Date?

On September 17th 2008 Jessica got asked to Homecoming by her good friend Austin LeFevre.  He is just her friend make no mistake (no romantic feelings, at least not on Jessica's part).  The pile of balloons in the first picture would be Jessica's bed as you can see in the second picture.  He filled her room while she was gone to young women's and she was completely surprised and shocked.

Olivia Our Tiny 2 Year Old

Olivia turned 2 on October 3rd.  I can't believe that she is actually that old and neither can most other people.  She is definitely a petite little thing.  She is everyone's sweetheart at our house.  I think we have more pictures of her than we did of Jessica.  Her favorite people are her brothers and sisters, especially her sisters.  She is constantly calling for Sammy and Ali.  She may be small but she is a little daredevil, so for her birthday we got her a slide.  We are all about indoor entertainment up her in the Seattle area.  Her Daddy says that she is bilingual, she speaks chinese, to bad it isn't spanish.  She is certainly the perfect ending to our little gang!
