It is almost 10:30 pm and I am on the computer because I am waiting for my children to close their eyes and mouths and sleep. We started at 8:30, which I will admit was too late. Well I have now tucked everyone in nicely once. Put boys back to bed after another trip to the bathroom. Put Jacob in my room since he and Isaac won't stop talking to each other. The amazing thing is Samantha went to sleep in the same room with all of this going on. The reason that they are all in the same room is that I am also taking of few days to try and get my baby to sleep through the night again. We are letting her cry it out, it is going well. Back to the battle I have also laid Olivia in bed awake because when she was nursing and falling asleep her brothers made such a ruckus that she woke up and wouldn't go back to sleep, so it was off to bed. A few minutes later she had stopped fussing but then I could hear Isaac talking and giggling again so I thought he had gone in my room to visit with Jacob again, WRONG! He was in Olivia's room talking to her. Needless to say Olivia is now fussing worse than before and I have put Isaac back in bed one more time. Hopefully I won't end this drama by putting my back out when I have to carry Jacob back to his own bed, or risk being kicked to death as I try to sleep tonight. Kevan of course is out of town and probably sleeping peacefully in his own hotel room. I hate bedtime when I am alone, besides the little ones who won't sleep I have two teenagers whose internal clocks are on the late schedule. Oh well I guess that in about 20 years I will be able to go to bed when I want to.

I really feel for ya. I have parents that think its time to play with thier granddaughter when I want to start relaxing for bed!!!
Sorry to say Shari but your own infernal clock in 20 years will keep you up late and get you up even earlier.
Wow! You're a tough cookie for being able to handle that. I thought I was going to pull out my hair when we were trying to get Lilly on her schedule. Can't imagine handling it that well with little ones disrupting it! Good Luck!!!
